Cancellation Policy:

In consideration of all of you, our clients, who are waiting for an appointment: if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, you will need to notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the entire appointment. We thank you for your help and cooperation with this delicate issue.

Scope of Practice:

We offer treatments and consultations in our clinic offices, Onsite Seated Chair Massage for events and corporations, as well as select Home-Visit Table Massage. A variety of treatments and consultations are available: Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Hot Stone Therapy, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy/Neuromuscular, Sports Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Maya Abdominal Massage, Traditional Herbal and Flower Essence/Gem Elixir consults, Traditional Spiritual Healing (indigenous) and Holistic Nutritional and Lifestyle Coaching.

Emotional, mental or physical issues outside the scope of these qualifications will be referred to other qualified professionals.

We are active professional members of the American Massage Therapy Association, The Arvigo Institute, and are Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

Our Staff:

Kim Hart

Kimberly S. Hart has always had a passion for natural health. She has been actively practicing in holistic health since 1993 when she founded Adagio Holistic Therapies, LLC. Through personal and professional experience she has integrated and formed a unique method of working with clients and students. This method utilizes Indigenous methods and philosophy as well as Western and Eastern traditions. Kimberly works with each individual's natural rhythm to aid in the release of old, difficult or painful patterns to reach a more harmonious and naturally vibrant balance. She continues to have great success with fertility enhancement, menstruation challenges, bladder conditions, digestive issues, muscle and joint pain and headaches.

Kimberly has traveled, lived and studied in Central America with elders of the Maya. She is passionate about ancient and indigenous healing methods. She has been exposed to healing methods of the Maya, Chinese, Japanese, Aztec, Toltec, Cherokee, Chippewa and Lakota.

Kimberly is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association and is a certified Instructor of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage™



Deborah Savran

Deborah Savran is a Naturopath, Herbalist, Maya Abdominal Massage practioner and mother. She specializes in natural fertility care, and women's pelvic and hormonal health. Her intense personal experiences with fertility challenges, pregnancy and parenting have led her naturally and passionately to this work. She delights in communing with herbs and making medicines with them, living an organic, whole-foods lifestyle, open-hearted communication and Middle-Eastern dance.

Deborah is dedicated to being a resourceful guide for her clients and to empower them with self-care skills to support a return to balance, harmony and resilience. Her services include herbal medicine, nutritional counseling, maya abdominal massage, environmental medicine, energy work, fertility awareness charting, and Middle-Eastern movement. Deborah is a professional member of the American Herbalist's Guild and The Maya Abdominal Massage Association.


Jill Shepherd

Jill Shepherd's life experiences are comprised of knowledge gained as a life-long learner, mother, massage therapist, business owner, and office administrator. Jill completed massage therapy training in 1999 at the Northern Lights School of Massage Therapy. She has a deep interest in holistic health improvement and knows first hand how powerful and life changing this approach can be. Jill became Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork soon after graduation and maintains this national certification along with membership in the AMTA. In 2005, she traveled to Belize to study with Dr. Rosita Arvigo, becoming a Professional Maya Abdominal Massage Practitioner.

Jill's areas of expertise include treating chronic and acute muscle tightness and stress, carpal tunnel pain, TMJ syndrome, headaches, digestive issues, reproductive health concerns, sciatica, and physical issues arising from the experience of becoming a new mother. Jill is highly qualified in deep tissue/area specific massage, is certified in prenatal and post-partum pregnancy massage, is practiced in heated stone therapy, and has knowledge in the use of essential oils. Her practice is ever changing as a deeper understanding of the body arises.

As a busy mom of two, she enjoys hanging out with her children, being with good friends, listening to music, dancing, traveling, digging in the dirt and reading a good book. She has a great love of gardening, babies, animals and solitude. She honors her husband for giving her the gift of time and opportunity to explore her holistic living lifestyle.
